Please come and pay a visit to the beautiful Harkany located in the Southern Baranya region by the foot of the mountains of Tenkes. Harkany is well-known for its healing thermal and open-air baths which provide a wide range of activities for all. Harkany is a perfect place for people who wish to heal, rest, relax or rejuvenate.
The Harkany Thermal and Open-air Bath is open year around and is suitable for the whole family. The medicinal water of the hot springs have been used to treat reumathologic and other physical conditions for almost 200 years. The most valuable components are hydrogen sulphide gas, carbon sulphide and bivalent sulphur. The beautifully renovated and modern bath awaits its guest with healing and rejuvenating spa treatments. The younger guests can also enjoy a seperate paddling pool, a full-sized swimming pool as well as water park facilities with lots of fun. In addition to the numerous leisure activities that the bath has to offer, the Southern-Hungarian region of Baranya situating along the river of Drava is also home to a very rich historical, cultural and natural heritage that can be explored by visitors.
We also organize regular hikes on the region’s natural trails as well as bike trips where the region’s natural beauties and other sights can be explored. We can also arrange any special requests regarding hikes.

Accomodation is available for guests who wish to take advantage of the healing baths and /or explore the rich culture of the region. I have two apartaments located in quiet streets very close to the central of Harkany. Both apartments are equipped which air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as a patio. The Harkany Thermal Bath and Spa is a short walk of 8-10 minutes (approx 700m)/
